The Disability Discrimination Act
Since 2nd December 1996, Part iii of the Disability Discrimination Act has made it unlawful for those who provide goods, facilities and services to discriminate against people with disabilities.
AMK has already gained valuable experience, working with our clients to implement the Act. DDA is now built into the planning and building control procedure. AMK specialise in conversion work to comply with the Act.
